I reached out to this company all the way from the east coast with an eleventh-hour print request on behalf of my company (some flyers we had previously printed and shipped to a contact in California were not delivered on time due to issues with the carrier). The representatives at QPS were calm, collected, highly responsive, and ultimately able to accommodate our request to print and deliver another set of flyers with time to spare. I tried to take a few short cuts for my wedding by using some cheap online vendors. Not surprisingly, the quality was terrible and in one case, the products didn’t even ship! Two days before the wedding, I showed up at QPS and James saved me. He was super patient, professional and fast. I picked up escort cards, table numbers, programs and posters 24 hours later and just in the nick of time. They could have ripped me off, but QPS was straight up affordable. James = HERO.

5 Star Service is not something I hand out without a reason. These folks completely surprised and delighted us by exceeding our expectations — delivering on a rush, last minute job. They gave us a great price (blowing away all competitive bids), turned the job around faster than promised (several hours earlier, mind you), and communicated with us pro-actively. We got a call and an email that the job was finished. When we picked it up, it was ready to go and perfectly done. We’ve never loved a printer as much clients.
